The listing of responsibilities and qualifications below are intended to provide an outline of the type of individual we are looking for to join the Food and Beverage team at the resort. Our location and its natural beauty combine with the experiences we offer work to create one of the most sought after places for locals and tourists to visit throughout the entire high country region. We are looking for a "Swiss army knife" of the culinary / service industry world to be a part of this picture.
Responsibilities
- Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
- Chop vegetables, prepare sauces and other food preparation.
- Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the team
- Maintain clean and orderly work stations
- Creatively present food and beverage offerings
- Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Produce deserts
- Stock inventory
- Handle financial transactions with guests
- Fire up cooking equipment including wood fired grill
- Assist with Concerts and Special Events
- Assist with menu development
- Assist with all cleaning responsibilities
Qualifications
- BOH & FOH experience in casual fine dining or better required. Minimum 2 years
- Baking experience strongly preferred
- Grilling experience with wood fired grill preferred
- Servesafe certification required
- Understanding of a wide variety of ingredients and usage
- Creative thinking and presentation of food items
- Able to meet all scheduling commitments
- Able to anticipate needs of coworkers and proactively work to meet those needs
- Strong attention to detail

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $20.00 - $30.00/hour.
