Beech Valley's client, Hills Distribution, is looking to hire an experienced Controller for it's $200MM HVAC/Plumbing distribution operating company based in Meriden, CT. This position is on the Executive Leadership Team and directly supports and advises the President of the company. The ideal candidate for this role will be a hands on leader that can manage all accounting and finance operations, including month end close, inventory, systems, data, process, tax, AR/AP, etc.
This is a full-time, salaried w-2 role that is eligible for bonus and equity. The company has 18 warehouses and one office location. Candidates must be able to be on-site in Meriden 4-5 days per week and either live in Meriden or in general area between Hartford and New Haven, CT. ASAP start date.
Salary : $160,000 - $200,000
