An international CPA Firm is seeking a Liquidity Specialist - Sr Associate Level to join their client engagement team.
Key Objectives & Responsibilities
· Oversee and/or assist with the liquidity management for multiple real estate private equity funds.
· Aggregate data from various teams (Asset Management, Treasury, etc.) to forecast cash flows, anticipate liquidity needs, and determine funding strategies.
· Prepare and refine Excel-based liquidity models; present findings in PowerPoint or similar to senior management.
· Manage intercompany loan processes, cash transfers, and short-term financing decisions.
· Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic liquidity levers (e.g., funding shortfalls from certain entities, timing of distributions, etc.).
Must-Have Qualifications
· Experience with real estate private equity fund liquidity management and/or treasury.
· Advanced Excel skills; ability to maintain and update complex models.
· Strong presentation skills (e.g., PowerPoint) to convey liquidity positions and recommendations.
· Familiarity with the nuances of real estate portfolios, intercompany loans, and bridging strategies.
Location & Timing
Preferably in New York 3-4 days per week to enable quick collaboration and problem-solving.
ASAP start
40 hours per week for an estimated duration of 6 to 12 months
Initial contract is 6 months with high potential to extend or convert to perm!
