About the role :
As a Senior Director, you will be an integral leader of our US-based Growth Credit team based in our offices in lower Manhattan. You will manage commercial opportunities from inception through to final execution as part of a global team. In this client-facing role, you will originate new business opportunities, manage client relationships, and liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth delivery. Please note, the position is based out of our New York office, 4-5 days a week.
Responsibilities :
- Sourcing prospective clients (companies) and generating deal flow
- Performing initial vetting (inc. calls / meetings with C-suite) of prospective clients
- Liaising between prospective clients and the investment team to ensure smooth and effective due diligence and execution
- Upkeeping full notation of the business cycle progress on CRM
- Handling negotiations with prospective clients, together with the investment management team
Qualifications :
Compensation : $200,000 - $240,000
The base salary is calculated based on experience and skills. Additionally, the compensation package will also include 401K, a significant commission per deal closed, and stock options in the company. Other benefits include fully paid health insurance (including dental and vision).
