Responsibilities :
Collaborate with the Director of Nursing (DON) and Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to assess and manage the day-to-day functions of the Nursing Department, ensuring compliance with all relevant rules, regulations, and guidelines.
Supervise and ensure that all nursing services personnel are diligently following their job descriptions.
Participate in facility surveys conducted by authorized government agencies at the request of the DON and ADON.
Conduct daily rounds within the Nursing Services Department to guarantee that all nursing service personnel are delivering care in alignment with established nursing standards.
