We are looking for a Social Media Coordinator / Sales Manager to join our team and help manage our online while helping our local sales team with sales administration and some creative teamwork. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating content, engaging with customers, monitoring analytics, and optimizing our social media channels such as Facebook, X, Instagram and Snapchat, Truth Social, Rumble, etc. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a creative eye for design, and an understanding of the latest trends in social media. Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy after conducting competitive research, platform determination, messaging, and audience identification for our 3 Green Bay hotels.
- Plan, create, publish, and share new content (including original text, images, video, and code) on a daily basis that builds meaningful customer connections, increases brand awareness, and encourages community members to engage with the brand.
- Monitor and respond to customer comments and inquiries on social media channels.
- Analyze data from social media campaigns to determine effectiveness and ROI.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in social media and digital marketing.
- Manage and update company profiles on all relevant social media platforms.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop social media campaigns.
- Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of the company’s social content.
- Monitor SEO and customer engagement and suggest content optimization.
- Moderate user-generated content in line with the moderation policy.
- Collaborate with sales, web design, web development, digital marketing, customer relations, and product development teams.
- Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules.
- Capture and analyze the appropriate social data/metrics, insights, and social media best practices to measure the success of every social media campaign, then use that information to refine future campaigns.
- Work with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing.
- Bolster your network by interacting with industry professionals and influencers via social media.
- Support the local sales team with administrative support, contracts, entering groups, and assisting with sales blitzes.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Green Bay, WI 54304: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
- Marketing: 1 year (Preferred)
Location: Based out of the Home2 Green Bay, but will travel between the 3 hotels for meetings and filming.
Physical Demands: Lifting up to 20 lbs. Maximum with frequent lifting and/or carrying of objects weighing up to 10lbs. Requires walking or standing to a significant degree, reaching, handling, feeling, talking, hearing, seeing.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour
