Position Overview
- Working within the Global Learning Strategy team, you ll help design and create learning modules, maintain and support programs, handle program logistics, and provide administrative support to ensure smooth program delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with Subject Matter Experts to design, create and maintain learning modules across multiple modalities (e.g., eLearnings, instructor-led, etc.)
- Coordinate and maintain programs, including participant communication, scheduling, and program materials management
- Manage program logistics, including securing training spaces and coordinating participant access to facilities
- Process and maintain accurate participant rosters and record
- Coordinate catering services for training sessions, including ordering meals and post-service cleanup
- Prepare and organize training materials, including printing, copying and document assembly
- Communicate effectively with program participants regarding schedules, locations and pre-work requirements
- Track and manage training supply inventory
- Assist in creation of PowerPoint presentations on project status
