We are a small, 37-room assisted living home in beautiful Gulf Breeze, Florida, comprising two charming brick buildings connected by a picturesque walkway. As a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), we pride ourselves on providing exceptional care to our residents in a warm and welcoming environment.
Position Overview
We have an immediate opening for a dedicated and experienced Executive Director (Administrator) to lead our team. This is an exciting opportunity to manage a well-established facility with an excellent reputation and a supportive community.
Key Qualifications
- MUST hold current Florida AHCA Core Training as an Assisted Living Administrator.
- Proven experience in managing an assisted living facility.
- Preferred : RN or LPN license.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
