The Brand Manager role oversees the ideation and implementation of sales and marketing strategies for Beekman 1802. This is a 360 role, owning all brand management and marketing functions alongside the Chief Marketing Officer.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- In partnership with Product Development and CMO, build the innovation strategy, potential of new products and categories, develop product concepts, and determine pricing and launch positioning

Develop breakthrough 360 programs and animations for both new product launches and core heroes in conjunction with key marketing partners

Partner with CMO to set yearly brand and marketing strategies alignment with all key stakeholders

Analyze competitive brands activity and new launches to better understand the marketplace and position the brand to succeed

In partnership with Planning Team, set, review and analyze targets on a recurring basis to ensure product forecasts, inventory and obsolescence plans are all aligned to the brand strategies

Partner with the PR and Social Media to ensure that all PR and social media strategies align with overall brand objectives

Prepare, maintain and execute marketing calendars while managing the creative request process and delivery for all marketing support materials across product launches and seasonal campaigns

Collaborate closely with Retail & Education Team to ensure brand message is cascaded to sales teams
REQUIREMENTS
-
6 years experience in a Brand or Marketing role. Beauty Industry a plus. CPG experience required.

Experience managing teams directly and influencing teams cross-functionally

Ability to develop a holistic and detailed understanding of product portfolio in context of brand, Neighbors, and competition to make strategic recommendations for expansion or rationalization
