What We’re Looking Fo

✅ Sales Experience is REQUIRED – You must have previous sales knowledge and practice, be goal-driven, and thrive on meeting and exceeding sales target

s.✅ Flexible Availability is a MUST – You must be available for shifts mornings, afternoons, evenings, and Saturdays as needed. If you’re not flexible with your schedule, this role is not for yo

u.✅ Excellent Communication Skills – You should be friendly, outgoing, and comfortable talking with new peopl

e.✅ Ability to Stand for Extended Periods – This is an active role that requires being on your fee

t.✅ Comfortable in High Temperatures – You must be able to withstand up to 135°F for short periods while demonstrating sauna use and cleaning saunas between session

ts • Educating customers on the benefits of infrared sauna therapy & red light thera

py • Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphe

re • Handling in-person sales, phone inquiries, and booking appointmen

ts • Demonstrating sauna use and assisting clients during their first sessi

on • Cleaning and maintaining saunas between sessions to uphold a pristine wellness spa

ce • Assisting sauna attendants as needed, including flipping suites and helping with laund

ry • Taking on sauna attendant shifts as needed per manager reque

st • Cleaning the studio throughout the day and performing end-of-shift cleaning duties to maintain a high standard of cleanliness and presentati
