What are the responsibilities and job description for the Inside Sales Representative position at BEER NUTS® Brand Snacks?
POSITION SUMMARY
The Sales Representative supports the attainment of BEER NUTS financial objectives through B2B sales, broker sales, customer relationship management, broker/distributor communications, assistance, and direction. Will follow-up contact work with brokers to ensure continued emphasis is being placed on the sale of the BEER NUTS® Brand Snacks product line. Sales Coordinator also investigates, troubleshoots, and resolves routine sales-related inquiries and problems. To be successful in this role, we are looking for someone with a deep understanding of the sales process and dynamics, as well as excellent interpersonal skills.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
- Sales support and backup.
- Follows up with brokers.
- Prepares analysis work for sales staff in preparation for visits to brokers or customers.
- Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients.
- Directs the product samples program.
- Answering client questions about contract terms, prices and availability
- Maintains and distributes all requested sales and advertising support materials, including price lists, spec sheets, and sales resources, to brokers nationwide.
- Provides metrics for performance of brokers/retailers in national programs.
- Manages broker communications.
- Coordinates the Broker Portal.
- Performs sales analyses and updates.
- Coordinates & attends major trade shows.
- Communicates daily with sales team.
- Coordinates with 25 sales brokerage offices nationwide to ensure sales material is kept up to date.
- Creates presentations.
- Willingness and ability to travel if needed.
- Performs other duties as assigned or required.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES)
- Bachelor’s degree preferred not required.
- 3 plus years of Sales experience preferred.
- Possesses strong communication and organizational skills, master multi-tasker, and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to problem solve and troubleshoot potential sales related complications.

Hours: 8:00 am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday
