Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Case Manager to join our team. The Case Manager will play a crucial role in supporting clients through various legal processes. THIS IS AN IN OFFICE IN PERSON POSITION.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee a caseload of clients, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution of their cases.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Analyze case information to develop effective strategies for client representation.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with legal standards.
- Collaborate with attorneys and other legal professionals to ensure comprehensive case management.
- Organize case files and ensure all relevant information is readily accessible for review.
- Assist clients in understanding their rights and options throughout the legal process.
Experience
- Previous experience in a legal administrative or paralegal role is preferred but not required.
- Strong skills in customer service, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong writing skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and problem-solving capabilities.
