We are a fast-growing law firm, seeking a highly motivated Personal Injury Attorney with 4 years of litigation experience in personal injury law to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in a high-volume law firm and a strong desire to make a difference by aggressively pursuing settlements and achieving results for our clients.


This is a unique opportunity for someone who is eager to manage a caseload of personal injury matters and play a key role in helping our clients receive the compensation they deserve.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a high-volume caseload of personal injury cases from intake to settlement or litigation.
  • Conduct client consultations and provide legal guidance on their rights and options.
  • Draft, review, and file legal documents including pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements.
  • Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and defense attorneys to achieve the best outcomes for clients.
  • Collaborate with legal support staff to ensure timely and accurate case progression.
  • Maintain open and consistent communication with clients throughout the process.
  • Conduct depositions, attend court hearings, mediations, and trials as necessary.
  • Stay up to date with relevant laws, regulations, and legal precedents to effectively advocate for clients.


Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the Florida State Bar and in good standing.
  • 4 years of litigation experience in personal injury law at a high-volume law firm.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of settling cases.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong commitment to client satisfaction and ethical representation.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required.
