What You’ll Do:
- Oversee daily operations of food and beverage services across multiple locations
- Lead and train store-level teams to maintain food safety, quality, and customer satisfaction
- Monitor inventory, food costs, and vendor performance
- Drive innovation in menus, product placement, and merchandising
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Analyze sales data and develop strategies to increase profitability
What We’re Looking For:
- 5 years experience in food service, restaurant, or convenience retail management
- Strong leadership and people development skills
- Knowledge of food safety standards (ServSafe certification is a plus)
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities across locations
- Passion for delivering great customer service and high-quality food offerings
- Flexibility to travel to store locations as needed
