We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Sourcer/Recruiting Specialist to join our team! This role is an exciting opportunity to help identify, engage, and attract top talent across various business functions, supporting the organization’s ambitious growth goals.
\n- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team and Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs and define candidate profiles.
- Proactively source passive talent through various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and industry-specific networks.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Engage with candidates, conduct initial screenings, and assess fit for the role and company culture.
- Manage candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Stay ahead of market trends and apply innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
- Contribute to employer branding efforts and promote the company’s culture and values.
- 3 years of experience in talent sourcing, and recruitment roles.
- Proven experience in direct sourcing, Boolean search, and talent mapping.
- Hands-on experience with ATS tools and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with candidates.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- Passion for delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
- Experience sourcing for Life Sciences, consulting, or analytics industries.
- Knowledge of diversity sourcing strategies and inclusive hiring practices.
- Certification in recruitment tools or sourcing methodologies.
