About the Role
You will report to ZBiotics’ Marketing Creative Director as the second full-time Graphic Designer, focusing on executing the day-to-day creative needs of the Marketing team. Your work will center on some of the most exciting aspects of the business, including supporting Pre-Alcohol’s expansion into brick-and-mortar retail and creating digital assets (ads, email designs, landing pages, social media) for our newly launched product, Sugar-to-Fiber. Additionally, you will play a pivotal role in visually conceptualizing new product ideas, collaborating with the product development team to help bring innovative concepts to life and gather market feedback—putting you at the forefront of shaping what’s next at ZBiotics
This role is truly multidisciplinary, calling on expertise not only in digital graphic design but also in areas like 3D modeling, print, packaging, and illustration. Depending on your skills and interests, you may also contribute to motion animation, video, and other creative projects as needed.

- You can contribute quality, hands-on graphic design and 3D modeling on day one.
- Your portfolio demonstrates strong technical expertise, overview of ‘the problem’ and explanation towards your design solutions, design versatility & execution, and design sense.
- Your resume tells a story of high achievement and a strong, consistent work ethic.
- You are very organized, an excellent communicator, and manage your own time efficiently.
- You are proficient in Adobe suite and Figma.
- You have experience doing both brand work and performance-focused ad work.
- You know your way around print, packaging, and physical retail assets.

The base salary for this position is $130,000 / year, and will include additional equity.
