We believe in designing products and experiences that are as impactful as they are beautiful.Role OverviewWe’re hiring a talented Mid-Level Designer with strong visual design skills and a solid UX sense to join our growing team. You’ll work on a range of projects, from creating cohesive design systems to crafting compelling marketing content and elevating our brand identity. The ideal candidate is proactive, takes initiative, and thrives in an environment where they can identify opportunities for improvement and drive solutions.The successful candidate will be productive, passionate, and most importantly a kind person.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign System : Build and maintain a scalable design system that ensures consistency across digital products and marketing materials.Marketing Content : Design engaging visuals for campaigns, social media, email, and other promotional channels to communicate our brand and mission effectively.Branding : Collaborate on evolving Generation Lab’s brand identity, ensuring it reflects our mission and resonates with our audience.UX Design : Work with cross-functional teams to design user-centered interfaces and experiences for our digital products, ensuring an intuitive and visually stunning experience.Collaboration : Partner closely with product managers, engineers, and other designers to bring ideas to life from concept to execution.Iteration : Gather feedback and iterate designs based on data, testing, and input from team members and users.RequirementsExperience : 3 years of experience in visual design, UI / UX design, or a related role.Visual & UX Skills : Strong sense of typography, layout, and color, paired with an understanding of user-centered design principles.
