Who we are looking for:
We are currently seeking an ethical, hardworking, and passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)/Licensed Applied Behavior Analyst (LABA) to join our team. Behavior Assist is a small group practice specializing in ABA services for young children on the Autism Spectrum. This position involves completing comprehensive assessments, developing behavior intervention plans, and ensuring their successful and consistent implementation. The collaborative nature of our practice means you'll work closely with families, caregivers, and a multidisciplinary team to facilitate independence, functional communication, and other socially significant behaviors.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
- Strong clinical and assessment skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration with clients, families, and fellow team members.
- Ability to provide effective supervision and training to Behavior Technicians/Registered Behavior Technicians and support staff.
License/Certification:
- Certification from the BACB (Required)
- LABA in the State of Massachusetts (Required)
