Responsibilities
As a BCBA, you will have the opportunity to provide behavior-analytic services to families in your community, to supervise BCaBA's, Student Analyst's, RBT's, and other professions who implement behavior-analytic interventions, to model and teach skills to families in order to support generalization and overall progress, to support your teams to grow within the field, all while continuing to develop your own skills as a proficient professional. Whether you are looking to support one or two cases, or would like a full caseload, we have plenty of options available for you. Team PBS was built by Behavior Analysts, for Behavior Analysts. Qualifications
To hold a current BACB certification as a BCBA
To hold a current LABA here in MA
To have the passion and drive to support families using your skills as a BCBA
To have the desire to coordinate with other professionals, to use the supports and tools structured into PBS, and to empower our teams to enhance outcomes for families as well as for our field!
