About the Role Our Human Resources Manager is a key HR position and will be responsible for managing the people functions of the company in accordance with the company's policies and practices as well as state and federal law. We are looking for an individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment, has excellent communication and interpersonal skills, has at least 5 years of progressive HR experience, experience in a full range of Human Resource functional areas, and a strong HR Manager / Generalist background and / or specialist experience in organization development, compensation, benefits, employment, and labor relations. Availability : Full-time Location : El Segundo, CA Salary Range : $80K to $100k Job Responsibilities & how you will help create a World Without Limits : Generalist / Administrative
- Work with the HR Director and President in reviewing, developing, revising, and executing human resource policies, procedures, manuals and forms applicable to the industry
- Ensure that the Company's policies and procedures are in compliance with applicable State and Federal employment laws
- Supervise HR Team Members
- Leave of Absence and Worker's Compensation administration oversight
