What You’ll Do
As the Clinic Manager, is a leadership role responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality ABA services while managing daily clinical and operational activities. This position bridges clinical expertise with operational excellence, ensuring seamless coordination between teams and maintaining a client-centered approach.Here is what you can expect.
Clinical Leadership:
- Supervise and mentor Clinical Supervisors to ensure adherence to evidence-based ABA practices and treatment fidelity
- Oversee the development, implementation, and monitoring of client treatment plans to ensure measurable progress toward goals
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and stakeholders to ensure client needs are met and satisfaction is maintained
- Provide direct clinical services as needed, including conducting assessments and parent training sessions
- Support group therapy programs and school-based interventions by ensuring proper staffing, training, and program execution
- Manage daily office operations, including staff schedules, resource allocation, and facility needs
- Act as the primary point of contact for administrative matters, ensuring smooth coordination between clinical and administrative teams
- Monitor and maintain compliance with company policies, HIPAA, and other regulatory requirements
- Lead staff meetings, providing updates, addressing concerns, and fostering collaboration among team members
- Provide ongoing training, feedback, and professional development opportunities for Clinical Supervisors and Behavior Technicians
- Conduct regular performance reviews and support career growth pathways for team members
- Foster a positive and collaborative workplace culture aligned with Behavior Genius’ core values
- Monitor clinical performance metrics, including client progress, staff productivity, and program outcomes
- Compile and analyze data to ensure service quality and operational efficiency
- Provide reports and updates to the Director of Clinical Operations as needed
Starting Pay: $68,480 - $82,000 per year
What We’d Like You To Have
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Certification as a BCBA (preferred) or a strong Master’s-level Clinical Supervisor with extensive experience in ABA
- At least 3-5 years of experience in clinical supervision, including school-based or group therapy settings
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Knowledge of office management and administrative processes
- Proficiency in data collection systems (e.g., Rethink, CentralReach) and standard ABA protocols
- Commitment to delivering exceptional client care and fostering a collaborative team environment
- Availability requirements dictate being available from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM Monday through Friday, depending on the organization's needs. Additionally, some availability on Saturdays may be required
- Center-Based Services:Less driving and clients come to you!
