We follow a BCBA and Program Manager (Student Analyst) model only , ensuring focused and high-quality care for our clients.

Work within a BCBA and Student Analyst (Program Manager) model, allowing you to provide high-quality, person-centered treatment to a smaller caseload of clients.   • Competitive Compensation :
  • Base salary of $85,000–$90,000 / year based on experience and qualifications.

  • Bonus potential for exceeding 110 billable hours / month , earning $20 / hour for additional hours. High performers can earn  $100,000 annually , combining salary and bonuses.

    What BIG is Looking For

    Requirements to Join :

  • California LiveScan
  • Mandated reporter training
  • Active BCBA certification
  • Degree verification and resume
  • NPI and CAQH attestation
  • Ideal Attributes for Success :

  • At least 3 years of BCBA experience in diverse settings (home, school, community).
  • Skilled in caregiver training and coaching using BST (Behavioral Skills Training).
  • Expertise with various assessment tools and ages.
  • Time management skills with adherence to deadlines.
  • Proactive, self-motivated problem-solving and support skills.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and best practices in ABA.
  • Respect for client autonomy and ascent, utilizing neurodiversity-affirming, culturally sensitive, person-centered, and strength-based approaches.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changes in policies, client needs, and availability.
  • Engaged in self-care practices to sustain professional success.
  • Experience with Catalight / BHPN / Kaiser client care processes
