You will work closely and collaborate with individuals across various settings, ensuring the effective application of behavior analysis techniques to address specific behavioral challenges and promote positive outcomes.Main Job Duties : Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBA) and analyze behavioral data to identify the function of challenging behaviors.Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) tailored to meet the needs of clients.Provide direct one-on-one therapy and implement behavior intervention strategies.Collaborate with clients' families, caregivers, and other team members to ensure consistent implementation of behavior plans across settings.Track and analyze data related to behavior progress and make data-driven decisions to modify interventions as necessary.Conduct training for caregivers to ensure they are equipped to implement behavior strategies effectively.Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client progress, assessments, and treatment plans in compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in the field of behavior analysis.Qualifications : Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field (required).Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification (required).At least 2 years experience working as a behavior analyst with individuals across various age groups and settings.Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles / techniques, NDBI, ACT, writing value-based and measurable goals, etc.AAC experience preferred.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Excellent writing skills for reports and session notes.
