Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in behavioral health and a passion for working with individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing direct support to clients and their families. Your expertise will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for those you serve.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to identify behavioral needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Implement evidence-based behavioral therapy techniques to support clients in achieving their goals.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including educators, therapists, and family members, to ensure cohesive care.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation of client progress in accordance with regulatory standards.
- Provide training and supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other staff members.
- Monitor client progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on data analysis.
- Advocate for clients’ needs within the community and provide resources for families.
Skills
- Proficient in medical terminology related to behavioral health and developmental disabilities.
- Experience working with individuals on the autism spectrum and those with developmental disabilities.
- Strong patient assessment skills to evaluate client needs effectively.
- Knowledge of special education practices and how they integrate with behavioral therapy.
- Ability to provide compassionate patient care while maintaining professional boundaries.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration with clients, families, and team members.

Pay: $72,284.00 - $81,035.00 per year
Expected hours: 76 – 90 per week
