Job Description:
· We are seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst with experience working with autistic children/young adults and their families.
Required Education, Certification, and Experience:
· Master’s Degree or above
· BCBA, BCBA-D, certificate in good standing
· At least one-year experience as a supervisor working with ABA and children with ASD or related disorders and their families
Position Qualifications:
· Certified BCBA, BCBA-D
· Must have a thorough knowledge of and experience working with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
· Strong assessment and organizational skills
· Ability to work collaboratively while also working independently
· Desire to collaborate with team members
· Solid communication skills
· Solid technology skills
· Reliable transportation and be willing to commute up to at least 30 miles
· Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
· Ability to pass state and federal background check
· Your own malpractice insurance
Position Duties:
· Submit required documentation for prior authorizations
· Conduct functional behavior assessments
· Design and implement treatment plans in collaboration with the practice physicians
· Monitor treatment progress
· Assist with team member training, mentoring, and supervision of BCBA's, BCaBA's and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT's)
· Collaborate and communicate with the client's family, caregivers, and other service providers as appropriate
· Provide direct services to clients and their families
· Meet with clinical staff regularly to review progress
· Document progress notes, reports, and other updates on a routine basis.
· Attend regularly scheduled clinical meetings.
· Adhere to ethical standards in HIPAA and BCBA code of ethics.
