Roles and Responsibilities
Delivering ABA treatment programs developed by a BCBA
Providing direct client care in a 1 on 1 setting in the clients home
Working with clients' families to implement client treatment plan
Attending staff meetings, training, and other meetings as requested
Completing daily data collection in a detailed and timely manner
Paid trainings
We cover the cost for RBT certification
Company issued Samsung tablet
Paid client cancellations
Mileage and drive time reimbursement in between client sessions
Requirements
High School Diploma Minimum
Must be available Monday to Friday 3pm to 8pm
Commit to a consistent schedule with clients
English fluency required
Strong communication and documentation skills
An upbeat and creative attitude to efficiently engage with clients through play-based therapy
Patience and passion to serve clients of varying ability
Ability to complete jobs physical demands such as lifting children up to 30 lbs, frequent
sitting and standing, kneeling, and running with children
Conditions of Employment
Ability to obtain and maintain criminal record clearance through the Department of Justice
Must have a valid driver's license, personal vehicle, and proof of auto insurance
Must adhere to all federal, state and local laws/legislation as applicable as well as HIPAA
laws and regulatory agencies
Must attend all BTA required training
Must pass health screenings, obtain vaccinations and clear TB testing per company policies
Ability to obtain and maintain CPR certificate
Must have the following immunizations: Rubella (2-series), Rubeola (2-series), Mumps (2-series), Varicella (2-series), Hepatitis B (3-series)(Declination acceptable), Pertussis (Tdap) (Declination acceptable), Absence of Tuberculosis (TB)
