The Inventory Coordinator is responsible for responsible for proper storage, organization, and distribution of materials and supplies within an organization as well as providing essential administrative support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the office.

Essential Functions
Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and supplies such as educational and clinical resources, toys, art supplies, and client records.
Maintain accurate inventory records and manage online inventory system.
Monitor stock levels and reorder materials as needed to prevent shortages.
Store materials and supplies in designated areas, ensuring they are easily accessible and properly labeled.
Prepare and package materials for distribution.
Coordinate with other departments to fulfill material requests and ensure timely deliveries.
Maintain records of material distribution, including quantities and recipients.
Assist with preparing reports on inventory levels, usage, and trends for management review.
Receive incoming binders and materials from clinical team members.
Coordinate and prepare activities for the study program.
Set up meeting rooms and shared spaces as requested.
Organize and support setup for new hire orientations.
Other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience Requirement:
Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years experience of managing inventory, storage management and providing administrative support.
Hands-on and advanced knowledge with Microsoft Word and Excel.
Experience in the healthcare field is a plus.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Exceptional organization and time management skills.
Great interpersonal and customer service skills.
Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with staff, employees, and public.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of behavioral health terminology and insurance terminology is a plus.
Advance knowledge of computers and systems, experience with Apple products is a plus.
Ability to operate standard office equipment including but not limited to computers, copiers, and fax machines.
Accurate worker with attention to detail and deadlines.
Spanish speaking individual a plus.
