We are an established provider of residential behavioral health services, offering evidence-based interventions for individuals with various mental health conditions, such as PTSD, substance abuse, and more. We are seeking a qualified and compassionate behavioral health technician to join our team, working under the supervision of our board-certified behavioral professional.
As a behavioral health technician, you will be responsible for:
- Implementing the treatment plans designed by the behavior professional.
- Providing one-on-one support to the clients and assisting them with their daily living skills
- Monitoring and recording the clients’ progress and behavior data
- Communicating effectively with the clients, management, and the behavior professional.
- Following the ethical and professional standards of the field
To be eligible for this position, you must have:
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- 6 months of experience as a BHT
- A flexible schedule and availability to work evenings and weekends as needed
- A positive attitude, patience, and empathy for the clients
