Behavioral Health Connections (BHC) in Orlando FL is seeking a dynamic and talented Referral Management LPN Full Time, 12 hour shift, 10a-10p Day shifts that will review assessment referrals and work closely with the RN and other clinicians, to determine the appropriate placement of patients, seeking treatment. Assist the call center specialist with other duties, to enhance referral managment process.

Qualifications
EDUCATION
Nursing Degree from Vocational/Technical School, preferred Associates Degree in Nursing
LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION
Licensed LPN State of Florida or compact license
Current CPR, if required by a customer hospital. (“Customer hospital” means the hospital to which BHC is contracted to provide mobile assessment services.)
Experience
Preferred 1-year related work experince
