The Digital Marketing Manager plays a critical role in elevating BHG's digital presence and driving impactful marketing initiatives to achieve business goals. This strategic leader oversees the development and execution of digital marketing strategies, including the creation of a new website, Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementation, and multi-channel campaigns. By leveraging data-driven insights, customer journey mapping, and audience personas, the Digital Marketing Manager ensures optimized engagement with referral sources, patients, and stakeholders. Ideal candidates bring a blend of technical expertise, creative problem-solving, and healthcare industry experience to deliver measurable results and enhance BHG's digital footprint.
Responsibilities
- Leads the development and execution of BHG's digital marketing strategy, aligned with marketing and business goals.
- Develops strategy and execution plans for elevating BHG's digital presence, including creation of a new website in 2025.
- Responsible for Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementation and ongoing campaigns to drive lead generation, engagement with referral sources and patients, customer retention and other sales and marketing objectives.
- Based on customer insight, works with marketing colleagues to create audience personas and map customer journeys to guide digital initiatives.
- Works in collaboration with marketing colleagues to deploy content across multiple channels, audiences and deliverables, including website, email marketing, SMS messaging, targeted paid digital, and other digital initiatives.
- Tracks effectiveness of digital programs and adapts for continuous optimization.
- Ensure digital marketing activities comply with HIPAA and other privacy standards to maintain confidentiality and safeguarding patient data.
- Utilizes tools like Google Analytics, Salesforce, and other analytics tools to assess campaign effectiveness, refining strategies based on data-driven insights.
- Manages patient and referral source engagement strategies using CRM best practices specific to healthcare.
Required Skills & Qualifications
