We are launching a new behavioral health home in Maine and are seeking an experienced partner to help us navigate the state’s licensing and regulatory landscape. The Opportunity:
In this role, you will become a key partner in our Maine venture. Your expertise will be essential in establishing a fully compliant and successful behavioral health home. Key Responsibilities:
- Regulatory Guidance: Provide expert interpretation and application of Maine’s licensing requirements and regulations for behavioral health facilities and group homes.
- Compliance Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive plan to secure and maintain all necessary licenses and certifications for our new facility.
- Documentation & Liaison: Prepare, review, and manage regulatory documentation and applications while acting as the primary liaison with Maine state agencies.
- Operational Oversight: Advise on best practices and operational policies to ensure our facility not only meets but exceeds state standards.
- Opening & Scaling: Leverage your expertise to help launch the behavioral health home and scale its operations, ensuring sustainable growth and exceptional service delivery.
- Strategic Partnership: Collaborate closely with our leadership team as a partner, sharing insights and strategies to shape the future of our Maine operations.
