- Eligible candidates are hired (offer accepted) into a Full or Part time RN position. Bonus amount prorated for Part time hires, per diem hires are ineligible.
- Current MaineHealth member employees are ineligible; former MaineHealth Members are ineligible until greater than 6 months separation from employment.Maine Behavioral Healthcare is currently seeking a weekend House Supervisor to assume clinical and administrative responsibility for the hospital during weekend hours. As the senior leader on duty, the House Supervisor allocates resources of the hospital and directs the care of patients as an extension of the senior leadership team and safety officer.This dedicated weekend position may be eligible for Weekend Program Premium of $5 per hour.
- Required to work 7 of 8 weekends
- Includes planned and unplanned time off
- Work Holidays if they fall on the weekendSummary : The House Supervisor RN - Behavioral Health role assumes clinical and administrative responsibility for the hospital during specific assigned hours. - Education : Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing required; BSN preferred.
- License / Certifications : Current applicable state(s) license as a Registered Professional Nurse required. Current BLS certification required or must obtain within 30 days of start date. Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Certification RN-BC preferred.
- Experience : Five years of relevant experience preferred, experience in psychiatric nursing preferred. One year experience of medical surgical clinical experience preferred.
