What You’ll Do:
As The Program Director you will provide Clinical leadership and supervision to nursing staff in One Care program that support individuals with behavioral health, substance use, and/or medical issues. The Program Director works closely with the Senior Program Manager and Vice President to ensure contractual and programmatic requirements are met. to support BHN’s mission of integrated behavioral and medical health care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and provide clinical leadership to Nurse Care Managers and MDS Assessment nurses in One Care and the Quality team.
- Ensure adequate nursing coverage and staffing across assigned care management programs.
- Provide training, support, and consultation to nursing staff, ensuring adherence to clinical best practices.
- Oversee quality assurance processes, including audits of assessments, hospital/ED follow-ups, and contact notes.
- Implements strategies to reduce medical expenses, preventable emergency department admissions, and to improve individual served outcomes
- Collaborate with program leadership to meet contractual obligations and financial goals.
- Maintain professional relationships with funding sources, staff, members, and key stakeholders.
- Address concerns regarding patient care and staff compliance, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions in collaboration with leadership.

What You’ll Bring:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree (required).
- Current RN license issued by the Massachusetts Board of Registration (required).
- 5 years of experience providing care management services to individuals with behavioral health and substance use disorders.
- 2 years supervisory or management experience (preferred).
- Excellent Verbal and written communication skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle during all working hours.
