As a Clinical Practice Director, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring high-quality clinical care and strategic program alignment across outpatient services.
What You’ll Do:
As a Clinical Practice Director, you will oversee clinical program development, implementation, and staff training while ensuring compliance with regulatory and best practice standards. You will work collaboratively with leadership to enhance access to timely, evidence-based behavioral health services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide mission-driven leadership to clinical teams across multiple locations, ensuring alignment with BHN’s strategic goals.
- Collaborate with Practice Managers, Utilization Managers, and CBHC leadership to standardize best practices and clinical protocols.
- Ensure timely, evidence-based care for individuals served by utilizing data to drive treatment decisions.
- Oversee staff training and development, ensuring clinical teams have the necessary resources and support for success.
- Implement evidence-based treatment initiatives in alignment with organizational protocols and timelines.
- Participate in hiring, onboarding, and professional development for clinical staff in collaboration with HR and training teams.
- Ensure program compliance with all healthcare regulations and clinical quality standards.
- Supervise and support clinical teams in case management, documentation, and care coordination to improve treatment outcomes.
- Facilitate clinical team meetings, training sessions, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Provide backup support to ensure smooth operations and service continuity across BHN programs.

What You’ll Bring:
- Master’s or Doctoral Degree in a behavioral health-related field (required).
- Independent clinical licensure (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, or equivalent) required.
- Three or more years of clinical and management/supervisory experience in a behavioral health setting.
- Experience working with individuals with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders.
- Strong knowledge of evidence-based treatment models, compliance, and program operations.
- Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR), data analysis, and clinical best practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
