Your experience, knowledge and great skills will support Behavioral Health Network with the following :
- Providing care with respect, sensitivity, and in a manner that preserves and protects client autonomy, dignity, and rights of individuals served.
- Using a diverse knowledge of biopsychosocial, spiritual, emotional, and aftercare planning dimensions of alcoholism and addiction.
- Assessing the range of addiction, dual-diagnosis and methadone issues of individuals served.
- Recognizing special needs of individuals served and adapting treatment plans accordingly.
- Providing thorough and complete assessments for individuals served, focusing on the extent to which alcohol or drug use has interfered with individuals' served functioning.
- Facilitating both group and individual sessions.
- Coordinating referrals for ongoing treatment with agencies and services.
- Providing resources and information on topics such as alcohol use, drug use, harm reduction, and mental illness.
- Completing clinical documentation including IAPs, comprehensive assessments, group notes, individual counseling notes, and after care plans.
- Providing transportation to appointments for individuals, as needed.
- Maintaining a caseload
