What are the responsibilities and job description for the Early Childhood Behavioral Specialist and Parent Educator - $1,000 Sign-On Bonus! position at Behavioral Health Resources?
Provide a broad range of therapeutic services in a managed care environment. Therapeutic services to be provided will include parent education and coaching, behavioral skills enhancement, facilitation of issue specific and parent-educational groups, and coordination with early childhood education providers to support stability in daycare and/or school settings. Adjunctive services may include community support-oriented case management and coordination.
Compensation: $23.88- $31.75 per hour depending on experience and qualifications.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- BA/BS in early childhood education, education, social work, psychology, or closely related field.
- Prefer two years of experience working with youth or providing parent coaching or support.
- Prefer two years of experience providing case management or counseling services to emotionally disturbed children and their families.
- Previous experience working as a member of a multi-disciplinary team.
- Willingness to learn and implement evidence-based and promising practices for behavior management and parent coaching and support.
- A valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable personal transportation.
- While no longer required, as a health care provider BHR highly recommends applicants and employees are fully vaccinated against Covid.
