Full-Time Administrative Specialist - Receptionist: The position requires an associate degree in administrative, business or secretarial related field and one (1) year of experience in an administrative area; graduation from high school and four (4) years of experience in general administrative work, including or supplemented by courses in business subjects; or any equivalent combination of experience and training which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
Must be self-motivated and have strong verbal and written communication skills. Must have the ability to simultaneously manage multiple tasks, including directing incoming calls and greeting patients. Experience working with electronic health records and providing friendly customer service preferred.
