Description : Job Title : Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) We are actively seeking a skilled and experienced Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for working with both children and adults, along with a solid background in providing mental health services. We urgently need staff to work specifically with children and to maintain a caseload of three or more clients. Responsibilities : - Conduct individual sessions in their homes. - Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and progress notes. - Engage in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
