Autism Services of Virginia is seeking a highly motivated and experienced BCBA Clinical Supervisor to join our team. The BCBA Clinical Supervisor will work primarily in the clinic environment and will be responsible for supervising a team of behavior technicians.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical supervision to behavior technicians in the clinic environment
- Develop and implement treatment plans for clients with autism spectrum disorder
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans
- Monitor and evaluate client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Collaborate with other professionals, including speech therapists, occupational therapists, and psychologists
- Provide training and support to behavior technicians and other staff members
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment plans
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder
- Experience supervising behavior technicians
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and electronic medical record systems
