About the Role :
We are looking for a product-minded Data Scientist who cares about impact, ownership and cross functional collaboration for the Client Enrollment team. You will work closely with Lyra’s Product, Engineering, and Operations team to deliver a seamless search experience that will provide new members with personalized treatment recommendations and connect them with the best providers for their mental health needs. You will gain a deep understanding of how search works, both from the user interface and from the machine learning perspective, as well as how it contributes to Lyra’s growth.
This role can be carried out from our Burlingame, CA headquarters, hybrid, or fully remote / virtually. Please note, remote candidates must be physically located within the United States.
Responsibilities
- Become an expert in the data we collect and use that data to enable us to create the highest quality product for our clients.
- Develop comprehensive analyses from diverse data sources to answer questions related to the client care journey.
- Translate data insights into recommendations on business strategy and product roadmaps.
- Partner with data engineers to build pipelines that apply clinical logic to raw data.
- Complete time-sensitive ad hoc data requests for internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
As a full-time Data Scientist, you will be employed by Lyra Health, Inc. The anticipated annual base salary range for this full-time position is $114,000 - $157,000. The base range is determined by role and level, and placement within the range will depend on a number of job-related factors, including but not limited to your skills, qualifications, experience and location. This role may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
