FT Assistant Supervisor
Position Summary: The Assistant Supervisor will manage a caseload of up to 30 billable hours while working under the supervision of a BCBA. This person will assist Program Managers and Clinical Supervisors of other cases with assessments, creating treatment programs, and organizing data as needed. The Assistant Supervisor will utilize authorized supervision hours for cases, and continue to provide 1:1 therapy as scheduled.
Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor’s Degree required working under the supervision of a BCBA
- Can be on 6 month track to completing degree

RBT required
Minimum of 3 years experience in ABA field
Must have a valid Driver’s license and reliable vehicle with proof of auto insurance (under your name)
Must be willing to travel between assigned clients
Must pass fingerprinting/background check
Must pass TB test and provide clearance
Availability to work Monday through Friday during business hours (8a-7p) and Saturday (8a-2p) when needed
Ability to accept constructive feedback
Effective time management skills and ability to complete tasks on time
Written and verbal communication skills
Ability to maintain professional relationships with clients and their family members, co-workers, supervisors, and community members.
Follow Home session and clinic guidelines/policies
Ability to abide by code of ethics as indicated by the Behavior Analysis Certification Board
Responsibilities:

Work under the supervision of a Program Manager, Clinical Supervisor, or BCBA to oversee clinical programming for patients receiving ABA treatment
Maintain caseload of up to an equivalent of 30 billable hours at a time; meet authorized number of supervision and parent training hours (If the company cannot provide, and or, does not feel an individual is equipped with the skills necessary to maintain the billable hours listed above, time spent will be focused on direct therapy to prepare the employee for a full caseload)
Provide up to 10 hours of direct therapy as scheduled
Create, implement, and monitor treatment programs for assigned cases; assist other Supervisory staff with treatment programs as needed
Conduct assessments for assigned cases; assist other Supervisory staff with assessments as needed
Collect, organize, and analyze data to write progress reports for assigned cases; assist other Supervisory staff with collecting and organizing data as needed
Attend IEP meetings or other meetings related to assigned clients
Maintain HIPAA compliance at all times, across all settings
Maintain client records and purge files
Provide clinical and supervisory support and oversight of Behavioral Interventionists
Maintain excellent communication with the BMS Scheduling team as it relates to assigned cases
Work closely with BMS Admin staff as needed
Provide any other clinical work as it relates to assigned cases
