Clinical Supervisor
Position Summary: The Clinical Supervisor will deliver high quality and evidence-based ABA supervision to clients and their families and provide support to program managers and Behavior Interventionists. Essential components of this position are listed below. Qualifications and Skills

Master’s Degree (BCBA student or BCBA preferred)
RBT required
Minimum of 2 years experience in ABA field required
Minimum of 1 year of Supervisory experience required
Must have a valid Driver’s license and reliable vehicle with proof of auto insurance (under your name)
Must be willing to travel between assigned clients
Must pass fingerprinting/background check
Must pass TB test and provide clearance
Availability to work full-time Monday through Friday during business hours (8a-7p) and Saturday (8a-2p) when needed
Ability to accept constructive feedback
Effective time management skills and ability to complete tasks on time
Written and verbal communication skills
Ability to maintain professional relationships with clients and their family members, co-workers, supervisors, and community members.
Follow Home session and clinic guidelines/policies
Ability to abide by code of ethics as indicated by the Behavior Analysis Certification Board
Responsibilities

Design and oversee applied behavior analysis (ABA) treatment programs for clients
Conduct assessments as they are assigned or needed
Write initial assessments and progress reports for each client’s funding source
Correct reports and provide feedback to the writer
Train Program supervisors, Assistant supervisors, and behavior interventionists (RBT, senior, junior)
Create trainings and provide trainings as needed
Supervise client programs (write programs, BIPs, train BIs on the case)
Conduct parent and caregiver training in line with client’s individual treatment and behavior reduction protocol
Attend IEP meetings or other meetings related to clients
Maintain Client records and purge files
Work closely with other professionals (i.e., scheduler, HR, Payroll)
Collect, record, and summarize data on observable client behavior
Collaborate with the treatment team including clients, parents, caregivers, outside professionals, co-workers, and Supervisors.
Provide any other clinical work as related to clients and employees.
