Site Coordinator
Position Summary: The Site Coordinator will be supervised directly by the company owners and directors to oversee the daily operations of each center, in both Bakersfield and Wasco regions. They will be responsible for assisting and supporting the therapists and clients that are in the center each day, and ensuring proper implementation of policies and procedures throughout the center.
Qualifications and Skills:

High school diploma or equivalent required
Current RBT certificate preferred (Applicants without RBT must complete within first 6 months)
1-2 years of administrative experience preferred
1 year of ABA experience preferred
Must have a valid Driver’s license and reliable vehicle with proof of auto insurance
Must pass fingerprinting/background check
Must pass TB test and provide clearance
Availability to work FT Monday through Friday during business hours (8a-7p) and Saturday (8a-2p)
Proficient in Microsoft Office (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Proficient in email databases and etiquette (i.e. Gmail, Outlook)
Ability to accept constructive feedback
Effective time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
Excellent active-listening and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to maintain professional relationships with clients and their family members, co-workers, supervisors, and community members.
Ability to abide by code of ethics as indicated by the Behavior Analysis Certification Board
Responsibilities:

Oversee day to day operations of each ABA facility
Coordinate opening and closing of the center
Support staff as needed during sessions (i.e staff questions, client having difficult behavior, etc.)
Track supply stock, complete and submit supply request form monthly
Assist with set up and coordination for trainings or meetings
Maintain sufficient supply of all data sheets and any other Admin forms needed for employees
Remain knowledgeable on emergency protocols and implement when needed
Ensure cleanliness and upkeep of centers on a daily/weekly basis
Perform routine cleaning activities when needed and heavy cleaning activities as needed
Maintain organization and upkeep of all supplies/toys/etc. at all times
Coordinate any maintenance requests/visits with Operations Manager
Submit client timesheets on a monthly basis
Maintain HIPAA compliance at all times, across all settings
Maintain client records and purge files (depending on site)
Provide center tours for incoming employees
Communicate efficiently with Scheduling department to ensure proper implementation of daily schedules
Create and implement daily lunch schedules; cover staff lunch breaks on a daily basis
Ensure safety compliance in centers; Identify and communicate any potential safety concerns
Greet parents and visitors
Work closely with BMS Admin staff as needed
Provide 1:1 behavioral therapy as needed (up to 20 hours weekly)
Complete other Operation tasks as assigned
