**Job Description:**
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate individual to join our team as an Autism Behavior Technician. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with clients with Autism, providing direct 1:1 therapy sessions and helping them develop important life skills.
**Key Responsibilities:
- Providing direct 1:1 therapy sessions to clients with Autism
- Helping clients develop a range of life skills, such as teaching socially significant behaviors, managing challenging behaviors, and developing social skills
- Working closely with managers and clinical supervisors (BCBAs) to help set clients up for success
**Requirements:
- A high school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Experience working in ABA or similar fields (preferred)
- Reliable transportation (required)
- Regular, reliable attendance (required)
