Duties

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, providing timely and accurate information.
  • Assist customers with product-related issues and troubleshoot problems effectively.
  • Maintain organized records of customer interactions and transactions using data entry skills.
  • Manage calendars for scheduling appointments and follow-ups to ensure efficient time management.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve product support processes and enhance customer service.
  • Utilize Google Suite for documentation, communication, and collaboration purposes.
  • Administrative tasks such as answering phones, clerical duties, and other duties as needed.
  • Maintain Warranty Process
  • Initiating Sales Orders and Invoicing
  • Building Maintenance scheduling

Skills

  • Proficiency in Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Drive) for documentation and collaboration.
  • Experience in clerical roles or an Administrative Assistant is a plus.
  • Strong phone etiquette to communicate professionally with customers.
  • Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Accurate data entry skills to maintain up-to-date customer records.
  • Ability to manage calendars efficiently for scheduling purposes.
  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on resolving issues promptly.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
