Duties

- Maintain organized records of customer interactions and transactions using data entry skills.
- Manage calendars for scheduling appointments and follow-ups to ensure efficient time management.
- Collaborate with team members to improve product support processes and enhance customer service.
- Utilize Google Suite for documentation, communication, and collaboration purposes.
- Administrative tasks such as answering phones, clerical duties, and other duties as needed.
- Maintain Warranty Process
- Initiating Sales Orders and Invoicing
- Building Maintenance scheduling
Skills
- Proficiency in Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Drive) for documentation and collaboration.
- Experience in clerical roles or an Administrative Assistant is a plus.
- Strong phone etiquette to communicate professionally with customers.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Accurate data entry skills to maintain up-to-date customer records.
