POSITION DESCRIPTION - CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE KAUAI
Join Hawaii’s leading distributor of agricultural and industrial chemicals, fertilizer and specialty products.
Under general supervision, develops and maintains customer relations, and assists customers with product selection, education, pricing, and any delivery or will call requirements. Also performs some inventory control and administrative tasks.
Essential Job Functions:
Assists customers to help with up-to-date information of products and services. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Able to handle receiving, storing, shipping, recording and have a knowledge of our products. Strong computer skills with a minimum of one-year (1) office/customer service experience.
Must be able to multi-task and answer phone calls. Basic knowledge of administrative skills.

Salary: $17.31 hourly
