The Customer Service/Scheduling Coordinator works under the Operations Manager to help coordinate, monitor, and improve the daily functions of multiple departments. The Customer Service/Scheduling Coordinator will work with the team to create schedules, confirm appointments, procure material, and oversee project timelines in order to ensure the department goals are met.
Job Functions
- Process inbound residential estimation appointment requests.
- Answer incoming calls and text messages.
- Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable for multiple departments.
- Manage documentation, materials, status monitoring, billing, and invoicing.
- Manages and processes material and equipment ordering.
- Assists in project scheduling.
- Creates and dispatches daily work orders.
- Assists with the county permitting process and scheduling the final inspections.
- Assists with inbound client inquiries to identify and define requirements, scope, and objectives.
- Act as the point of contact and communicate effectively with customers to identify scope of work and schedule appointments for the estimator.
- Maintain and enhance ongoing relationships with customers.
- Assists with daily communications.
- Any additional duties/responsibilities deemed necessary
