We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented SCHEDULING COORDINATOR to join our team. The SCHEDULING COORDINATOR will play a key role in matching caregivers with clients, ensuring schedules are efficiently managed, and maintaining open communication with staff and clients to meet their needs. This role is vital in helping us deliver the highest standard of care and support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage caregiver schedules to meet client needs and preferences.
- Respond promptly to scheduling changes, including cancellations, call-offs, and new client needs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the scheduling system.
- Communicate effectively with caregivers, clients, and family members regarding scheduling updates.
- Collaborate with the Client Service Manager and other team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Resolve scheduling conflicts promptly and professionally.
- Monitor caregiver compliance with company policies and state regulations (e.g., certifications, training, and availability).
- Assist with service inquiry calls and leads follow up.
- Perform on-call duty as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Prior experience in scheduling, staffing, or office coordination (experience in home care or healthcare is a plus).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite.
