As a Scheduling Coordinator, you must be organized and efficient in problem solving. Your day will consist of creating schedules that cater to both clientele and staff availability, maintaining acceptable communication when changes occur, and assigning a plan of care tasks to caregivers specific to their clients.

Requirements
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills, both over the phone and face-to-face
- Capability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities effectively
- Strong skills in organization and time management
