Job core responsibilities:
1.Strategic planning and goal achievement
Develop and implement a sales strategy for SPC / LVT / WPC or PVC flooring to ensure the achievement of annual sales, market share and profit targets.
Analyze building materials industry trends (residential, commercial and industrial sectors), leading product positioning and competitive strategy adjustment.
2.Customer and channel development
1)Build long-term strategic relationships with construction contractors, building materials distributors, real estate developers and design agencies.
2)Explore new channels (such as e-commerce platforms, green building projects) to expand the brand's influence in the field of low-carbon building materials.
3)Customer identification and sales
3.Market insight and risk management
1)Monitor raw material price fluctuations, local policies and regulations and competitors, and adjust business strategies in a timely manner.
2)Optimize inventory and supply chain management, balance order delivery efficiency with cost control.
Job requirements
1.Educational background and experience:Bachelor degree or above, major in business management, engineering or building materials is preferred.
2.More than 10 years of sales management experience in building materials industry, more than 3 years of SPC / LVT floor or PVC products in the US market.
3.Leadership : Strong communicator with ability to inspire global teams.
4.Experience in Floor & Decor , Grace,MSI, Mohawk, CFL, Shaw,etc are preferred
